CARES is a free service provided to members of contracted Health Plans to help you with your annual renewal of health insurance and to connect you to additional community resources.
Many people find it difficult and time consuming to complete the required documents and/or telephone appointments needed to renew their health insurance or to become enrolled in additional community programs. CARES advocates can simplify the process for you.
It is very important that you follow your State’s requirements. If you don’t complete your State’s renewal process, you may lose your coverage. If your health plan has contracted with CARES, we are here to help you to make sure you don’t lose your coverage un-necessarily.
