SSC's management team has proven credentials to
pilot the company toward the vision, "to ensure
every eligible person receives the social program
benefits to which he or she is entitled"

With almost fifteen years of sales, management, and
executive leadership service in the managed care
industry, Alan outlined the strategy to establish a
national outsourcing company for dual eligible
outreach and disability advocacy services. This
vision became Social Service Coordinators, the
company he co-founded with partner Raymond Trevino.
In prominent for-profit and not-for-profit
managed care organizations, including Aetna/U.S.
Healthcare and HIP Health Plans of New York and
Florida, Alan oversaw successful sales units where
he was responsible for expansion of both commercial
and Medicare product lines, and later held
responsibility for a large customer service center
serving over one million managed care members.
As SSC's chief executive, Alan's primary focus is
corporate and product development initiatives. Alan
is involved in the day-to-day operations of each of
SSC's business units, while also acting as the
company's strategic visionary.
