forms and policies readily accessible in
electronically recreated formats.
In 2005 alone our outreach and advocacy staff
filed tens of thousands of applications for
governmental assistance on behalf of low income and
disabled individuals with an approval rate exceeding
99%. We anticipate filing even more applications in
