Case Manager Supervisor

This position is responsible for supervising a team of Outreach Coordinators. The supervisory responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the outreach process, specifically the application process for Medicare+Choice Plan members to qualify for Medicare Savings Programs. This position is responsible for meeting production goals while maintaining high levels of service and quality control.

Assist members of HMO's qualify for Medicaid and Medicare programs and benefits. You must have outbound call experience with excellent communication skills and be comfortable doing business on the phone for most of the day through both inbound and outbound calls.

Community Program Specialist

Provides a concierge service for members, by completing, reviewing, and submitting Golden Touch applications on behalf of the member. This work requires the CPS to be able to:

  • Complete an application for a member that only requires their signature. The application is sent to the member with instructions to return it to us so it can be submitted on their behalf.
  • Complete an application for a member that also requires verifications. The application and a document checklist are mailed to the member, with instructions to return both to SSC so they can be submitted to the appropriate provider. .
  • Do a three-way call with the member and the provider (for services where there is no physical application to complete) and attempt to get the member hooked up for the service. .

Senior Database Administrator

Position to administer database management systems, consult with and assist software developers in modification and updates to database schemas, perform data-related maintenance tasks, administer database backup processes, and support production, test, and staging database management systems.

  • Sound understanding of database management systems.
  • Working knowledge of data normalization rules.
  • Expert level competence with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Servers.
  • Application development experience with the Microsoft .NET framework is a plus.
  • Database migration experience is a plus.

The Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing and providing support for production level software applications.
